·         Experience in Forex Management

·         Manage Direct/In-direct Taxation including assessment handling (includes Service tax, STPI compliance, SEZ Compliance)

·         Supervise company audit (internal / statutory / tax), CSR accounts  and taxation matters of directors including assessment handling

 

Social Media Executive

Exp: 2+ years

Skills Required:

·         Good understanding of Social Media concepts, trends, best practices, current dynamics

·         Good knowledge of MS Excel and usage of different productivity tools

·         Experience in  Social Media activities like scouting for topics, events, news and related feeds from different pockets of organization

·         Monitor, track, record and analyze the entire range of activities on Social Media platforms

·         Experience in preparing different analytical reports for number of followers, competition analysis, root-cause analysis, what if analysis etc
 

Business Development Manager

Exp: 6+ years

Skills Required:

·         Experience in  generating sales into new accounts while forging lasting business relationships

·         Experience of selling software solutions especially in the US market

·         Good understanding of offshore software services model

·         Extensive knowledge of new business hunting and account management

·         Must have handled RFPs, calls and should be capable of handling a team

·         Relationship Management experience is a must

 

Business Development Executive

Exp: 1+ years

Skills Required:

·         Experience in international BPO/call center outbound experience and handling customer queries

·         Willing to work in shifts

·         Basic Knowledge of CRM would be an added advantage

·         Good MS Office skills especially familiarity with Excel (Report generation perspective)

·         Experience in pre-sales would be preferred (Cross Sell/Up sell)

Sr. Business Development Executive

Exp: 2+ years

Skills Required:

·         Experience in lead generation by way of specific email campaigns

·         Experience in research and prospect using resources online

·         Prospect clients in the overseas market for their offshore service needs

·         Good understanding of Technology

·         International Sales and Marketing experience in the IT services industry would be an advantage

 

Pre-sales Executive

Exp: 1+ years

Skills Required:

·         Ability to use technical knowledge to understand customer's technical and non-technical requirements

·         Experience in providing pre sales support in large complex technical/business accounts

·         Strong analytical skills and demonstrated success as a pre-sales engineer

·         Strong technical presentation skills

·         Ability to understand and work on RFPs

 

SQA/Sr.SQA

Exp: 2+ years

Skills Required:

·         Good Conceptual and Practical knowledge of Quality models like ISO 9001:2008/ CMMI/ Six Sigma

·         Experience in implementing CMMI Maturity Practices (min. Level 3)

·         Good knowledge of Metrics Analysis using Statistical Tools

·         Exposure to PCMM, ITIL shall be added advantage

·         Certifications (CSQA, Six Sigma Green Belt) would be added advantage

·         Participation in CMMI assessment as ATM/ FAR would be added advantage

 

Admin Executive

Exp: 2+ years

Skills Required:

·         Experience in handling inventory independently in the range of 10,000 items

·         Experience in  maintaining daily receipts & issues, physical stocks of the inventory and buffer stocks

·         Good knowledge of store audits

 

Note:

 

·         All the candidates should have secured 60% and above in 10th, 12th & graduation (aggregate).

·         All the candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
