HISTORY: Udayachal schools were established in 1955 in the Godrej Welfare Centre with the primary aim of providing quality education to the children of Godrej employees.

UNIQUE FEATURES: The school is ISO–14001 certified and has received the International School Award conferred by the British Council. Secondary section students have been participating in the Seeds of Peace programme in the US for four years. The school has many programmes to make students environment-conscious.
