Mumbai Goa highway goes through this district via Kharepatan, Kankawali, Oros, Kudal Sawantwadi Banda. Konkan railway is also going through this district the main railway stations are Vaibhawadi, Tarale, Nandgaon, Kankawali, kasal, Oros, Kudal and Sawantwadi.
