KLG Systel provides IT solutions to Distribution Utilities. The solutions provided by KLG have a core product Vidushi™ that assists utilities in determining the Transmission and Distribution losses, On-spot billing, Increasing revenue collection efficiency and Addressing consumer grievances through CRM Centers. In the process it provides seamless integration with SAP-ISU , KLG's AMR solution called Connectgaia SG61. KLG Systel has successfully implemented and integrated IT rollout at BEST. The scope included Web Based Billing and Process automation of utility like Connection Management, Customer Relationship Management, and Revenue Management. It is a completely integrated real time information system for Senior Management for decision making and enabling over 500 BEST Customer Care users to fetch real time information to serve a huge consumer base of 10 Lacs and Customer Care System with their integration across 10 locations. KLG Systel has implemented 24x7 IVRS based Customer Care Centre for BEST, which is fully integrated with Vidushi's complaint Management System. In addition to this KLG Systel has also implemented Automated Metering Infrastructure for 3500 Utility Feeders and Transformers. KLG Systel provides solutions for large plants and public infrastructure. Our smart water solutions can help address Mumbai's water sourcing, treatment and distribution needs. We are implementing SCADA solution for Mumbai Monorail. According to Sunil Shinde, Chairman, BEST Committee, "Since consumers have grown and network has expanded significantly, BEST decided to invest in complete IT enablement of its business processes and Automated Meter Reading to further improve customer response time. BEST customers are already experiencing the benefits of this new system and we have laid the foundation to address the rapid growth in demand for electricity."
